Loco Troubleshooting and quick remedial actions is  one of the prime

objectives of several loco workshops across the country. We take pride

in having produced  andsupplied trouble shooters for almost all IR Loco

motives, these include Fuel, Lub Oil, Cooling and Electrical Trainers for

both ALCO and EMD family of Diesel Locomo tives and Traction, 

Auxiliary and Braking Trainers  for the WAG7 and WAG9 family of

Locos.

This low cost trouble shooting trainer operates on a detailed mimic diagram of the sub-system coupled to

fault generating software on a computer.All listed faults

can be simulated along with their microprocessor message.

All troubleshooting trainers have Instructor Panel from where

any fault in the loco sub-system can be introduced.The simulator

simulates the symptoms and the trainee identified the corrective 

action by following a systematic process.

Each simulator is accompanied by a comprehensive e-Learning

library that provides all the knowledge require for troubleshooting.

The software is used to train in troubleshooting techniques and 

thereafter take remedial actions.
