Description
A
specially develop product consisting of following main parts:
a.
Display
Panel with Twin Pipe Graduated release Air Braking System as well as Single
Pipe graduated release Air Braking System scaled down components such as Air
Reservoir (AR), control Reservoir (CR), Isolation Valve (IV) and a common Pipe
Bracket mounted with interconnected piping. A PC Monitor works as a DV both C3W & KE type and a Driver’s Valve (A9)
in simulated environment. The reservoirs
and FP, BP and BC pressures can be monitored with the help of pressure gauges
provided.
b.
The
Simulation Software & Hardware System. The state of Art Simulation Software is capable of displaying the
different actions of three pressure valves, check valve, A Controller, U
Controller etc. at different positions of A9 Valves and BP pressures. The student can apply brake by reducing BP
Pressure using simulated A9 valve.
c.
A
brake rigging with rail wheels with a driving electric motor and scaled down
brake cylinders are mounted on the structure of aluminum profile sections.

Self-explanatory
operating manuals are provided with each system. Detailed theory as well as practical exercise
is also included in the manual.
